We are looking for a consultant who wants to work with the administration of contractual occupational pensions within banking and finance. You will be part of an area responsible for insurances related to BTP1 and BTP2, playing a crucial role in ensuring correct management, payment, and information flows in the bank's systems.

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and driven. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are willing to take your own initiatives.

In this role, you will work with the administration of various pension matters, including:

• Monitoring upcoming retirees and long-term sick leave

• Death benefit regulation

• Pension payments

• Ensuring that correct information is transferred to internal and external systems

• Ongoing communication via email and phone with the bank's HR departments, employees, and retirees regarding pension-related issues

To thrive in this assignment, you need to have excellent administrative skills, be meticulous and structured, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You also have basic knowledge of collectively agreed occupational pensions – particularly BTP1 and BTP2.

• Excellent administrative skills

• Basic knowledge of BTP1 and BTP2 (collectively agreed occupational pensions for employees in banking and finance)

• 3-6 years of work experience in the field.
